We are always interested in meeting candidates for Full-Time and Part-Time positions to work at our customer locations in Arizona, Kentucky, Pennsylvania and Ohio.


Medical Records Information Processor

The successful candidate will work as a Medical record processor at one of our hospital customer sites. The position is responsible for processing Patient Medical record requests, addressing patient walk-in requests, delivering on internal hospital requests and phone/ fax responsibilities.

Medical Records Clinical Data Abstractor

The successful candidate will work as a Medical record data abstractor at one of our hospital customer sites in Columbus or Philadelphia. The position is responsible for data entry and scanning of medical data from paper and electronic systems into the NextGen EHR software.

Document Scanning Clerk

The successful candidate will work as a scanning clerk at one of our customer sites in the Phoenix area. The position is responsible for processing paper files into digital PDF files.

Salary - Hourly, dependent on experience

Your cover letter should address the following required skills and traits:

 

  • Your experience and ability to work as part of a team at a remote customer location

  • Your level of experience in customer management and how you present a professional demeanor

  • Your ability to multi-task and be able to work independently

  • Your ability to follow a standard, multi-step process which starts with a request and ends with the delivery of patient medical information to external requestors

  • Your level of computer software and Microsoft office skills

  • Your level of verbal and written communication skills

  • Your background or education in Medical Records and hospital experience (a plus)

  • If you don't have any direct Medical Record or Healthcare experience, a prior position in Insurance claims processing, as an Administrative Assistant or software support analyst is a plus.

 

Required Education:

  • High School diploma - minimum
  • Computer skills training

Success Criteria:

  • Multi-tasking with responsibilities for patient walk-in requests, phone answering and computer access
