CME stands for Commitment Meets Excellence and is the cornerstone for our business conduct, employee interaction and customer relationship. CME is the the ProTec Solutions culture. This program spans the company and is embedded into the employee recognition and performance. It is the way we interact and how we treat our customers and ourselves.

Any ProTec Solutions' employee and customer is eligible for inclusion in the CME program. Modifications to the program can be made at any time and the intent will be to communicate the details in a timely manner. • Appreciation and recognition programs - for employees and customers whose actions reflect the intent of the program

• Business performance improvement incentives - process, financials and innovation
